Bonchat will not deliberately distribute your e-mail address or other private data or identifying information except to provide services you request. Bonchat uses industry-standard practices to move and store your data safely. Our administrators observe strict professionalism; their contact with your private data is only by your permission (in order to resolve specific issues) and is always noted in our logs.
Bonchat will not use your e-mail address or other identifying information to contact you, except for matters directly concerning the billing, security, or technical operation of your account.
Some internal logs are considered semi-private. They may consist of information such as database access timestamps by username, without noting the actual content. They are not publicly available, but Bonchat may use them to solve problems, understand overall usage patterns, make automated suggestions to account owners, and, in anonymized aggregate, for publicly available statistics.
